The Kids Care Center licensing program was created to address the unique needs of schools and nonprofit organizations. Kids Care Center is a subscription based tool renewed annually making it on of the most cost-effective tools in the industry. Kids Care Center license costs are comprised of; (1) the number of locations the licensee provides out of school programs and (2) hosting fees. Each license includes:

• Prices Start at $1000 per year for the first site and $550 for each site thereafter

• Product Support
• Unlimited number of user accounts
• No limit on the number of students tracked
• Capability to define look and feel to match your organization’s look and feel
• Capability to define an unlimited number of performance measures/outcomes
• Capability to define nomenclature for Kids Care Center terms that are common to your organization
• Immediate access to software fixes/enhancements
• Capability to define user groups and group access the various Kids Care Center features
